Grant Writing
Grant writing services for federal, state and foundation funding
Competitive, compliant proposals for community colleges, public agencies, nonprofits and businesses nationwide, built on sound project design and written to score.
Who it's for
Who we write for
We work with organizations pursuing competitive awards without a full grants office, and with grants teams that need added capacity before a deadline: college grants and workforce offices, public agencies, economic development organizations, nonprofits and small businesses pursuing SBIR and STTR funding.
What we do
What's included
Opportunity screening and funder alignment
We review your priorities against current solicitations and tell you plainly which opportunities are worth pursuing and which are not.
Proposal strategy and project design
We shape the project before we write it: goals, activities, partners and outcomes that match what reviewers are scoring.
Narratives, needs statements and work plans
Clear, evidence-based writing that follows the solicitation's structure and makes the reviewer's job easy.
Budgets and budget justifications
Realistic budgets that tie every cost to an activity, with justifications that hold up to program officer review.
Evaluation, sustainability and partnership sections
Measurable outcomes, credible evaluation plans and letters of commitment that show the work will last.
Compliance review and final assembly
A full check against the solicitation's requirements, page limits and forms before anything is submitted.
